Every pregnancy is unique, and each trimester can be different. It’s important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
Our Policy:
First Trimester: You are welcome to attend our Sculpt & Advanced Sculpt classes, but please notify the instructor that you are pregnant.
Second & Third Trimester: To ensure your safety, a doctor’s approval is required before participating in classes.
Second Trimester Modifications: Pregnant clients must follow the instructor’s prenatal modifications and may only attend Sculpt, Beginner, or Pre/Postnatal classes. We typically begin modifications around 14-16 weeks.
